Manchester United (LW-7) With Wayne Rooney, who has been their best player this season suspended due to yellow card accumulation, United fell 1-0 to Newcastle to further jeopardize their title defence. The Champions lost back to back home contests for the first time since 2002. They have also picked up only two points from their last four games. 10. Malcolm Butler Jersey. Swansea City (LW-10) Chico Flores scored in the 60th minute to rescue a point for Swansea at home against Hull City. After falling behind after nine minutes of play, the Swans worked their way back into the game and were rewarded with a goal and a point. They also welcomed Michu back into the lineup to hopefully add a spark to their offence going forward. 11. Hull City (LW-12) Danny Graham scored in the ninth minute but it wasnt enough as they drew Swansea 1-1. Graham, a former Swansea man, would enjoy the goal on his return but could not lead his team to the victory. In the end both teams deserved a point from this match. 12. Aston Villa (LW-11) Ten terrible minutes were enough for Villa to fall 2-0 at the hands of Fulham. Gabriel Agbonlahor wasted an early chance for Villa who were pretty even against Fulham, but for the stretch that saw them give up two goals and the game. 13. Stoke City (LW-15) Late Substitute Oussama Assaidi fired home a 90th minute winner to help Stoke City stun Chelsea 3-2. After falling behind in the ninth minute, the Potters battle back to take a 2-1 lead only to see Chelsea pull level once again. Stoke picked up their first league win against Chelsea since 1975 in a very entertaining contest. 14. West Bromwich Albion (LW-13) While the stats say West Brom should have cruised to victory, Norwich found the net twice as the Baggies fell 2-0. Stephane Sessegnon and Shane Long were both wasteful with chances to put their team on the board and in front of their home fans, extended a stretch of only one win in their last nine contests. 15. Cardiff City (LW-14) Though they looked good at times, Cardiff was not able to find a marker as they fell 2-0 to Crystal Palace. Fraizer Campbell almost put the Welsh side ahead in the opening minutes, but was not able to convert. Palace would go on to create the chances that led to the difference in the contest. 16. Norwich City (LW-16) Gary Hooper and Leroy Fer were both on target as Norwich knocked off West Brom 2-0 at The Hawthorns. The Canaries were coming off Luis Suarez masterpiece and showed a good effort to get back into the win column. John Ruddy picked up the clean sheet for Norwich. 17. West Ham United (LW-17) While the score stayed level for almost the entire first half, West Ham was never a threat in a 4-1 loss to Liverpool. A Martin Skrtel own goal accounted for their only scoring in a game where they also produced an own goal courtesy of Guy Demel. Joey OBriens own goal was eventually credited as a second for Luis Suarez. 18. Crystal Palace (LW-19) Tony Pulis led his new Crystal Palace side to a second victory, this time 2-0 over Cardiff City as they continue to fight against relegation. Cameron Jerome and Marouane Chamakh both scored for Palace, who now find themselves in the relegation zone on goal differential alone. 19. Fulham (LW-20) A Dimitar Berbatov penalty and a Steve Sidwell strike were enough to give Fulham a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa. The two goals, scored in a nine minute span, put the game out of reach for the Cottagers who need to keep collecting these points as they find themselves firmly in the relegation battle. 20. Sunderland (LW-18) Their fifth own goal of the season condemned Sunderland to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Tottenham. Adam Johnson opened the scoring for the Black Cats, who sit at the bottom of the table, but after Paulinho leveled the score, John OShea put the ball past his keeper for what would be the deciding marker.
