America is a nation of hotel lovers. When we鈥檙e planning a trip the first thing that comes to mind is 鈥淲here are we going to stay?鈥?Usually we want somewhere comfortable, somewhere clean and somewhere where all the family can relax.


We imagine the perfect vacation or business trip and hope that the hotel can provide us with a nice room and a quick and easy check in check out process.


Reality is though, that it rarely happens that way.
