PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:The Waddle & Silvy Show Presents Mike & Mikes Road to the College Football Playoff 2016 Sweepstakes (Promotion) consists of a random draw sweepstakes. Daily Qualifiers will be entered into a grand prize drawing after Waddle & Silvy show use the Mike and Mike Word of the day in a sentence. The 10th caller that repeats the sentence correctly is a qualifier. (The Sweepstakes or the Promotion). One Grand Prize Winner will then be randomly selected from the Grand Prize Entry Pool. The Promotion runs on weekdays that the Waddle & Silvy Show airs. It begins on November 7, 2016 at 5:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on November 15, 2016 at 6:00PM CT (Promotion Period). By participating in the Promotion, each participating Listener unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sports Radio Chicago LLC, (WEPN-FM) (Sponsor), 190 N. State Street, 7th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601, which shall be final and binding in all respects.Any Listener who attempts to participate with multiple phone numbers, or under multiple identities will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion.2. HOW TO ENTER:To qualify, listeners must first listen for the Mike and Mike Word of the Day beginning 5:00 AM CT on November 7, 2016. The unique word (the Winning Word) will be introduced at some point during Mike & Mike, when it airs between 5:00 A.M. CT and 10:00 A.M. CT Monday through Friday during the Promotion Period. Listeners must then listen for the Winning Word to be used in a sentence during the Waddle & Silvy Show each weekday during the Promotion Period. Once the sentence is announced, listeners will be instructed to call (312) 332-3776 (The Hotline). The 10th caller who recites the correct sentence using the Mike and Mike Winning Word is the qualifier for the day, so long as the caller satisfies the eligibility requirements set forth below. In the event the selected caller does not correctly provide the sentence, that caller will be disqualified and the next caller will be given the opportunity to correctly provide the sentence, this will continue for up to four (4) additional callers should all preceding caller incorrectly identify the sentence for the day, for a total of five (5) opportunities to correctly identify that sentence. Callers will be banked in the order their call was received. In the event that after five (5) callers have been given the opportunity to provide the sentence and were not able to do so, that round will be closed, no qualifier will be selected and the next opportunity to call in will be announced. Once a sentence of the day has been used it will not be reused in the next day. One (1) qualifier will be selected per weekday during the Promotion Period. All eligible qualifiers will be entered into the Grand Prize Entry Pool.3. Only calls to the specified number during the specified time can win. Sponsor is not responsible for inability of caller to complete call within specified time, whether due to busy lines, disconnections, telephone malfunctions, or other circumstances. There is no limit on the number of calls that the caller may be place to the Hotline in an attempt to win a prize. Any listener who attempts to participate with multiple phone number, or under multiple identities will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion.4. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS and WINNER SELECTION: The odds of winning any drawing depends on the number of eligible entries received. GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing on or around November 16, 2016 from all eligible entries received in to the Grand Prize Entry Pool. Random Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via email and/or phone provided at the time of qualification, at Sponsors sole discretion and must respond to Sponsor at the specified phone number or email address within 72 hours or prize will be forfeited. Prize receipt is subject to verification. Upon verification and agreement to accept prize, the potential winners will be required to sign and return within three (3) business days: 1) an affidavit of eligibility; 2) a validly executed IRS Form W-9, because winner is responsible for any and all taxes due on the prize; 3) a verification of age; and 4) a publicity release where permitted (collectively, the Prize Claim Documents) before being certified as a Winner.
