CHICAGO -- Valtteri Filppula scored in the shootout and the Tampa Bay Lightning rallied for a 3-2 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday night. Ben Bishop made 37 saves in his first start this season for Tampa Bay, then denied each of Chicagos three shooters in the tiebreaker.
