With their sixth round pick Black John Cominsky Jersey , their fifth on Day 3 and their seventh in total, Atlanta selected RB Marcus Green from Louisiana-Monroe at 203 overall. Green was an all-purpose player for the Red Hawks, leading the team in receiving (50 receptions, 855 yards, 17.1 YPR, 8 TD) but also contributing as an RB (20 carries, 193 yards John Cominsky Atlanta Falcons Jersey , 9.7 YPC, 1 TD) and as a very dangerous kick and punt returner. Green tied for the FBS lead with four kickoff return TDs, and also added a punt return TD.Marcus Green is small at only 5’8, 190, but he’s a dynamic athlete that ran a reported 4.39 40-yd dash at his Pro Day. Despite most of Green’s production coming as a receiver, the Falcons plan to play him at RB. It’s an interesting fit for a player that can do a little of everything, and Green has the potential to be a dangerous gadget player that can also become a very good return specialist.
